What if I can't join live for the intensive or coaching calls?
No problem! There will be replays available. And you can submit your questions in advance.
I'm only loosely tracking my cycle - can I still join?
Yes, 100%! You will have access to resources to help you begin tracking and charting your symptom signs and symptoms.
When does the program start?
We will begin with our intensive session in early May with a workshop to create your personalized cycle strategy guide and go over the Aligned Method process that you will put into practice with support over the next 3 months.
Are there any additional costs involved?
None are required to get you started! You'll have access to details about checking cervical mucus to begin charting your cycle, which requires nothing but your attention (and toilet paper!). If you choose to add in temperature or hormone checks, both a thermometer and simple LH or ovulation strips are both relatively inexpensive.
